As we continue to transition between different levels of restrictions here in New Zealand, we will begin to see the strain that the Covid-19 pandemic is having on people’s mental health and well-being. It is often after a stressful event that more signs start to show, so we hope this resource, a collation of information from many resources, will be beneficial to you and your youth ministries.

This PDF resource has been created for your use and for you to share with your leaders and the parents of your young people. It’s our hope that in turn, this helps your young people continue to cope with the stresses being placed on their mental health and well-being.
